We always endeavour to respond within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). If you have not heard a response from us within this timeframe there may be a few reasons. Here are the most common reasons why we may not have responded yet:
1. It is the weekend - our business days are Monday to Friday. Please be patient and we will be in contact as soon as we can.
2. Our phone line is not always staffed - as we are a small business, we are not able to staff our phone line at all times. We appreciate your patience, and if it's urgent, email is the fastest way to get in contact.
3. Your message to us was filtered to spam, or our reply was filtered to spam. Please check your spam/junk folders for our reply. We do check our spam folder regularly, but in case your email has bounced, try using a different email account to contact us.
4. Your email provider has blocked our response. This is common when you are emailing from a work email address, as the email provider may block some emails that come from outside your workplace institution. Try emailing us from your private email address.
