We use long staple combed cotton, so every thread is longer and finer. It feels softer against your skin and breathes on warm nights.

Pilling comes from short, loose fibres. Long staple combed cotton has longer, finer fibres, so it holds up. Wash on a gentle cycle and skip fabric softener to keep them smooth.
Wash with like colors, especially the darker shades for the first few washes, and dry them in the shade to keep the color rich.
Wash cold or warm on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or line dry, as the care label says. Hot washes and hot dryers are what shrink cotton.
